I've done some research and the cheaper ones are not worth the cost of the install. I love Blitz's car and I don't want to fully replicate it only slightly copy it. However, when you vent your hood it's imperative to have rain catching or specialized run offs. Otherwise you will compromise electronics that could cost you much more than paying for expensive vents. Also, the cost to install them is going to be the same so why not get the part that you know will last.

Cowl style hoods are the best way to remove hot engine air.

The Seibon TSII is the best way go.......About $700 + about $400 if you paint it.

I believe the vents Blitz used are from BMW costing around $1200 plus you pay the body shop
to install them.

Why are you so concerned with venting hot engine air?

OP: I got your message, but my vents are from 3D Design, which are quite costly. I've searched the internet for awhile and just couldn't find vents that are functional and looked good. I first installed these vents made for an older Suburu STi, but it looked bad. I finally decised to go with 3D Design. They are functional and look great. They also come with removable rain catch. If you don't want to spend that much I say go for the Seibon hood.
