Over the weekend I installed the Putco Jet Yellow replacement driving light bulb from Xenon Depot.

They arrived quickly and were well packaged. I won't get into the installation as this has been detailed in prior posts. The bulbs are dipped and have a nice yellow coating. I personally like seeing a yellow bulb thru thru the clear glass lens. The bulb was a direct fit. See the pictures - the output has a nice yellow hue and the output is at least as bright as the original bulb.

Have you had any experience with other yellow bulbs, how would you compare them, and how is the depth of the yellow compared to the is300 yellow?

I have PIAA's in my Frontier. I would say the Putco's have a tinge more amber hue than the PIAA's but its close.

I no longer have that setup as the putco bulb died out in about a year and I also upgraded to the LED lights and also led fogs.

We sell both Nokya and Putco halogen bulbs. We have found that the Putco Jet Yellow bulbs have a "deeper" yellow output to them.
