IS-F vs RC-F

Dynos do read universally. They don't use the same measurement technology, they don't have the same controls for operating parameters, and no one can control the weather which has a very large impact on the ultimate power numbers you see. The only thing an aftermarket dyno does well is produce a number for a customer. Other than that, they're pretty much useless in predicting many things and utterly useless for comparisons between cars.

I'd like to see the actual dyno sheet. I never liked it when people post dyno videos, and then they state it put down so and so. I can't trust someones word, a dyno sheet is hard facts.
I mentioned this on another thread, I think the RCF is not putting out the power it claims. The RCF only out runs the ISF in quarter by 1 mph(looking at the best runs bone stock). Until I see an actual RCF dyno sheet with +380whp then I will be a believer.

btw...the RC-F also weighs about 2-300 lbs more than the IS-F. so thats why it only traps a couple mph higher.

I love the way they look and to the RCF is more appealing than the GSF ( since the GSF is an RCF sedan ). I am excited to drive one in the future.

Dynos I know vary drastically. Throwing in elevation and weather all the more.
I just would like to see sheets from a stock ISF and a stock RCF on the same dyno on the same day. To me that would be conclusive. Trap speeds I know tell a lot about the true power of a car, but there are also variations when you factor driver skill and tires. How well the track is prepped is also a factor, and I've been to some real ****ty tracks...so this can effect trap speeds. Put a guy who doesn't know much about launching an auto car and you will not only see bad times but bad trap speeds as well.

Didn't dyno my car at stock. 91 octane CA gas with headers + exhaust + 2 piece rotors made 408whp and 390tq on a Dynojet. 90 + F that day too. I highly doubted headers and exhaust and 2 pieces rotors increased 75whp. My car has 108k miles at the time of the dyno runs too. Gotta know what dyno reads 330whp for a stock F, can't compare a dyno page from the F and the GTO if they are not from the same car and same day.
