So here's the deal I have two options for buying the headlights A)ebay there is a set with the flasher brand new headlights and everything to install for 2199 shipped. B) I have a friend who works at McGrath and is willing to give me an employee discount he quoted me 1600 for just headlights. What do I need to complete the install and which one do you thinks is a better deal a fully loaded headlight on ebay or a stripped headlight from dealer.

Stripped from the dealer. All you need are three things which will run you about $60 with the CL discount. Unless your buddy can hook you up with them as well.

Everything else you can swap over. There are tons of threads on installation.

I'd go with the stripped set, transfer the other bits from the lights you already have (ballast, bulbs), and purchase the rest through Sewell (or your friend).
