This is confusing. Your picture is of the high beams, not the fogs. The wattage on those LEDs is nowhere close to what you need for high beams, so did you put the LEDs in the high beam spot?
There are proper headlight LED replacements now, up to 80w. I was just looking at them yesterday after driving home at night in my Supra wishing I had HIDs. There is an interesting thread in the CT200H forum about LED headlight replacements.
Essentially, that bulb acts as the DRL at normal output. When using high beam, it gets brighter. All I did was replace the halogen bulb with an LED bulb. The ebay link states "fogs" but it differs from car to car. For us, 9005 is the DRL bulb.

Some of us turned off the DRL. I wouldn't put a low wattage unit in my high beam spot, but that's just me. I'm looking at the 50w units since they will also function as a high beam with 2700 lumen output. The low wattage ones aren't even 1000 lumens.
Just put on the flat bottom silver CF steering wheel with white stitching and changed all interior lights and reverse lights to 6k LEDs CL member Silver750 helped me out tonight to get'er all done! Time for the Toms kit install next...

Also Swift lowering springs for the front. I might do the back later, just depends. But maaaan this thing is a whole new MONSTER with what went on yesterday. Just amazing.

Here is my GTR after the wheels were installed. Next is a slight drop and then some CF accent pieces. But need to wait until after my wedding my chick guna kill me if i keep spending all my $ on my new toy lol!!!
