Am I the only one with this license plate bracket..?
I don't think I've seen this bracket on any of the Fs (or any Lexus cars) so far and it's bothering me how it looks cheap and positions the license plate at an angle. I called Parts Dept. and they could order it and it's $68.72 (installation included).
Is it because the previous owner didn't order the "nicer" one? Anyone else have something that looks similar to this bracket?

I have the same one. I think it's OEM (came with car when purchased). However.....yours appear to be upside down. The sharp angle curve goes towards top. Flip it around and you might be surprised.

Just another reason to love living in Georgia - no front plates!
Almost forgot - in California they have escalating fines for no front plate. It used to be a minor fix it ticket, but when the red light cameras showed up, they decided no front plate was attempting to evade the cameras, so they jacked up the fines and made them progressive for subsequent citations.

Seriously this dealership! Yeah, most likely used from another model's.
And I had a set of mismatching plates too. It was so bizarre.
Anyway, I took the bracket off and it looks pretty much like Raybean's.
The one I want is on the first image in here: http://www.sub5zero.com/2010-lexus-f...st-and-review/
The top part curves and "hugs" the bumper perfectly so there's so any gaps and the bracket allows the plate to drop vertically. I wonder if Parts Department will order this one and not some other one.

The correct part number is 52114-53110. Sewell's Club Lexus price is $37.33.

Also, what's CL's promo code? And do you think there would be any problems installing this (i.e. slightly different drilling hole locations?)
