Default SRT intake after like a month of waiting and other mods

I ordered this like a month ago and I just finally got it now lets install it and see the results I know people talk bad about it but my cousin had it on he's car and never gave him any problem he told me he had gain hp about 17,20 so I have to see it myself to believe it

Should have dynoed before all this modding, and after to see if you really do gain anything.

Going to have another track day with some F's in the spring, join us. Really interested to see if these mods help.

I did like 3 weeks ago it was 350 when I did the dyno so now gotta be at least in 375 I expect

Everything ready now lets take it for a ride to see if there is any gain for real .. The sound it's crazy tho ufff .. I tried to put a video but it don't let me from my phone

I must have missed the first thread. 17hp from an intake? Yep, I definitely will have to see that to believe it. By the way, make sure you post up the atmospheric conditions under both dyno days when you can. It's kind of hard to compare numbers from two different days as temperature and humidity levels can change dyno numbers.

It looks good under the engine bay though. What is that little electronic box supposed to do for you?

Conceptually it might work if the electronic box can fool the ECU into thinking it is running richer than it actually is. That would effectively lean out the mixture and eek out some power.

Interesting. Well it would be that, and not the intake, that is responsible for the power gains.
