You never want a plate that seems cocky, or might **** people off. You want people to go…."oh that's clever" or something that says "performance car", but you don't want to be too cocky about that again because there's always a faster/better car out there.

When I was looking at CTS-V's recently there was a local seller with a plate of "I8URAMG" which I thought was just asking for trouble. I can't imagine any C63 AMG rolling by and not honking or wanting to race. Or keying in a parking lot.
DrRick - Thanks for the great suggestion. I'm likely going to submit "ZR1 SDN" (sedan) for my car since the "4DR" variants are already taken in CA. Kudos to you...that plate is perfect!
