Good luck! It'll be a fun car for sure. One thing I can tell you is that you'll absolutely hate the audio and electronics especially the navigation. I've never had the need to read the navigation manual until I got my GT3.
Make sure you get the PPI done at the dealer and have a print out of the DME report which tells you the over rev information. I'd stay away from Porsches with over revs in range 4 and up just to be safe. Here's a good post you should look into about DME report.
It's good that the car doesn't come with PCCB. They cost around $10k for the front axle and $8k for the rear to replace.
It'll not be torquey as the IS-F but you'll love the way the car handles.

Good luck with your search - I had traded an 07' Cayman S with only 7k miles for the 2010 IS-F. The Cayman was one of my favorite cars ever, but I needed the back seat for the family. You'll love it!
