Default Blizzaks in stock size

Just FYI for anyone thinking of putting Blizzaks LM-60s on in the stock size, the tires don't sit on the rims the same way the OEM tires do - there's a gap between the very exterior of the rim and the tire, which leaves the rim looking like it's likely to get banged up. Most tires have a protective lip of rubber to protect the rims but these don't.

I haven't driven in snow yet, but I can report that these tires are way less grippy than the stocks and slide a bunch if you push it on dry pavement. Also, high speed braking is a much less certain affair. The stocks are like a cable on a aircraft carrier, but these shake and wobble as you brake.

But, it beats driving my slow car.

beats driving on summer performance tires in sub-zero weather. Car broke loose at full throttle in 3rd gear doing 65mph today on the interstate. lets just say this winter should be interesting..... (i'm just renting a car for big snow storms to keep myself from almost certain death driving the F around full time this winter without snow tires).
