Unhappy vipautosalon problems any one?

idk if its just me but has any one else have problems getting parts that you ordered from vip auto salon I emailed them and called them numerous times with no reply to either. I am trying to see how much longer my parts that I ordered from them a WHILE back is goin to take to get to me.. granted im in Hawaii and I know that it takes a few weeks if they ship it here but I mean its been longer then a few months since I ordered everything. just wanna know if anyone else had something like this happen to them ?

honestly...i know you want your car parts but pming them is going to do nothing. contact your cc company, cancel and get a refund. its not worth it to go through VIP. too many people got burned and you shouldnt have to deal with this. there are many other distributors with ten times better customer service.

I can't speak for everyone else, and I know I'm in the minority here, but VIP Auto Salon has always been forward with me regarding parts, delays, payment, and anything related to whichever parts I've ordered through them. I do receive the emails and texts regularly from the guys there. For as long as I've had my F, and I've owned it since year one, the majority of my parts were purchased through VIP Auto, and if I needed anything, I personally have no reservation in calling them to get the dialogue going. But again, this is just my experience with VIP Auto Salon.

I had a bad experience too. Charge back asap is what I would recommend.

OP, please post up in the linked thread if you don't get any response. If you don't hear back within a reasonable period of time, I'd take action with your credit card as others have suggested.

Trying to track and keep that thread for members with issues so please let us know resolution.
