Hey guys I'm looking at pulling the trigger on a set of BC forged wheels hp 29.

Would 19*9 +28
19*10 +38

How aggressive would this be?
Will be rummimg slight stretch with a slight drop.
Will any fender mods be required?
Will consider fender mods if necessary.

Fronts should be fine. I'm on 19x10 +40 with 265/35 pilot super sports in the rear with very slight rub on big bumps or deep drive ways and such. My fenders are rolled almost flat, however pilots are fat tires so that's likely the reason I rub. I'd say your specs are nearly perfect with the right sized tires and a good roll.

You will probably need to do a roll to make it clear. for refference the wheels I ordered are
19x9.5 +35 and 19x10.5 +43 which should fit with no roll at all. IIRC any lower than that you will be needing to roll.

The BCs look great, and I was also looking at the HB-29 as my next set. The fronts will most likely need a roll. I'ave seen a few F's with mid to hign 20s in the front, and I think most of them had fenders rolled are stretching a bit. The rears are what I think is just right for the wells without having to do anything, even with a drop. But to be on the safe side, I would still roll. I'm with Pqbrown- the PSS are chunky, and I, too, hear the occasional rub on bumpy roads. I know they'll look good though!

no roll fender needed in the front for sure. the rear might not need a roll depending on your tire set up. if youre on stock tires, you will most likly clear with no fenders mods.

Question gurus, how will my offset change is if I decide to go .5 wider? For example if I go 19x9.5, how would I change the offset? Would it still be +28 still, if I wanted to originally go 19x9 +28

I have BC Forged HB29 they are custom order but in the end you will have to pick whats offered from factory. I am dropped on BC Racing coils. Index finger gap all around. I do not rub and I have no fender mods of any kind. I am a firm believer on sticking to wheels that are better than OEM and with wheels that actually fit without modifications.

For example what I picked was

19X9 +30
19X10 +40

I believe the options were

19X9 +30 or +35
19X10 +35 or +40

19X9 +30 was almost flush with fender. Could be more aggressive.
19X10 +40 is flush with fender. +35 will have some poke. You will have to do some stretch.

^Nice! The HB29s are a great look. Great look and nice concavity. What tire sizes did you go with?

bluerex, going .5 wider with the same offset would be 6mm or about 1/4 inch wider. Should you decide to keep the same sizing with 19 x 9.5, a +34 would negate that 6mm poke. Did you have tire sizes in mind already?

I went with 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. But next time I am going to go with a 255/295 combo.

Ivan at PYspeed was great. I paid just a little north of $3000 for the set without tires. 6 week wait.
