Ok guys I have ISF 12
Every Time I put my mark lev bass all the way up when I restart the car the sound system sounds muffled !

Is anyone's else car do this and how can I get it fixed I still have not recived the phone call back from lexus so I called back and made another appoiment !

I had a similar issue on my 2011. It started off intermittent and became worse over a three month period, then I smelled an electrical burn scent and the front driver mid sounded as if it wAs grounding out. Ended up being the amplifier. Hope this helps.

Thanks I just find it nice to take a paper to the the rep showing that this has been issues with other car.
Since last time they said they had no clue.
