I have been going to see the guy who detailed my car to learn some. He was doing a bad *** BMW that just got repainted (or re-coated not sure ). I didnt saw nothing with the job but he show me what was called orange peel. I had to see it very closely with the LED lights. The car looked shinny but the reflection on the cars paint didnt look good. I dont know how it look on daytime though. The way he was fixing the car was with wet sanding. After some shop paint cars, they use the high speed polish and leave the circles you might be talking.

Find you a decent and proven deteailer in your area and have him to take a look in your car. Not every detailer do wet sanding, and I think if they do, they have to be certified.
Are you by any chance using Brandon @ Express Auto Salon?

I will post pics of my paint, or clear coat, as well as the cloudy marks I referred to today. I do see orange peel on the finish. Even though it reflects like a mirror standing about a foot away looking at it closely reveals the orange peel.

I may need to go to a reputable and certified detailer with experience under their belt.

It doesn't make sense why they would re shoot your car with clear coat? Perhaps they burned through the clearcoat and had to fix the mistake? Can you post some pictures?

I also know a couple of great detailers in WA I can recommend as well.
Here are the pictures. The trunk has the large circular cloudy markings. Due to the angle of the car and the sun it was a bit hard to make out but one can make out the corner of the trunk with the cloudy marks.

It doesn't help that the car is pretty dirty due to all the rain this past week here in Seattle.

Then on the driver side passenger door it looks like cloudy drip marks.

Thanks

Duude you need a profesional detailer for sure and get that paint corrected.

I think those cloudy marks may come off with wet sanding.

Good luck!
