Amazon has a USB to OBDII connector that comes with TechStream. This is the program Toyota uses to perform system checks, read error codes and change customized features (IE turn on and off DRL lights). It is a little slow but is quite impressive. You need to load it onto a Win XP or 7 32-bit OS.
