Default Nitrous question

I'm a new member to the forum. I have 2011 isf with intake and exhaust. My question is does anyone ever run nitrous on these cars? There's only 5 in my area and they r all stock so I can't really ask them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So it's safe to run a 175 shot on a stock motor? Do u run any kind of wide band or u just put it on and sprayed it ?

you should run some sord of wide band for tunning pourpposes at least at the dyno tune or street tune m but you don't need a permanent one

Think every one runs stock internals motor, Inever seen or know of a fully built isf eng.

From what I know on this cars , a very safe side is a shot of 100-125. More than that you should know what you are doing otherwise things will give up. And this is of course w all the n/a performance mods.W the hit and performance mods you should land near or pass the 500whp mark and w no spray near or over 400whp

Oh yea, I definitely keep my eye on the wide band. I also have a nitrous pressure gauge as well because where I live the summers get very hot and my bottle pres. can get really high which is awesome when you want to start breaking solenoids and get a leak. Better be safe than sorry. I don't spray very much. I have had it for about 2 years now and I have probably only used 60lbs of nitrous, which is not a whole lot. It sure is addicting though

Well I don't have headers which I've seen they make good gains but wasn't wanting to void factory warranty yet. Cause I can atleast remove the nitrous. Lol. But was wanting to just get the car faster to be able to take some more cars down.

You don't need headers to run nitrous, I don't have them.. Just an exhaust to handle the high temp gasses. it's not just something you want to slap on the car in 30 min for easy removal and call it lol. Lots of customization for it to look like it was factory done. I have everything hidden so whenever I pop the hood for them after I pull a low 11 car all they see is a naturally aspirated V8 haha.

i was about to say i find it odd you are worried about warranty buy you want to throw a 175 shot on her. That is more visible and more likely to raise questions to a dealer than just swapped out headers IMO.
