Got my hands on the wicked wicked mean *** meisterschaft axle back exhaust system.
I love this thing, sick sick sick!
My question is, why would I want the mid pipe for this thing. Is the axle back enough or should I take some peoples advice and cut the catalytic coveters on this thing.
What would it sound like with the mid pipe or if I cut out the cats and straight piped it? Much louder Im guessing.
What would you guys do if you were me.

I have the full Meisterschaft exhaust with Sikky headers. The sound is on another level when combo with headers. To answer your question, mid pipe sizing and resonator makes a different in sounds and power. Meisterschaft got it down when it comes to their piping sizing and the right resonator to compliment their axle back design. I really recommend you to get the Meisterschaft midpipe plus Sikky or PPE headers. You will love it!!

Very cool, you will love it 10x more once you added the midpipe and headers. I have a brand new valve control for it to turn it into a GTC version if you are interested. I thought my valve was bad so I ordered a replacement. Turned out that the wireless control was the problem. For cheap!!!!!! Hahaha

The seller doesn't know much. I remembered that he even spelled Meisterschaft wrong. There is only one type that fits. No such thing as JDM version

Ok

Here's the deal. There is no Jdm version. I called meisterschaft myself and asked them, they said the same thing. Here's the thing, it did need a modification. I went to meineke mufflers and they installed it but the one side pipe actually didn't reach the muffler to bolt on.

So long story short, Meisterschaft welded one of the small pipes slightly off when they made it. Meineke had to cut it and turn the pipe slightly and then weld it back to have it fit. Then the pipe was touching the top of the car, so they had to heat it up and crush the pipe slightly so it didnt touch the car. I was concerned, I asked them if it would affect anything like the sound etc and they said no. So I went with it and everything worked out perfect.

Cost was $241 for meineke+900+150 for shipping. Overall I paid $1300 compared to $2650. So I saved $1350.
