In over 2 years I have been on this forum I have yet to hear of a member with these on their car and there are some serious carbon fiber freaks on this sure so either these don't fit, look like crap or vendor selling them is shady
They look great but I don't think they will look as good unless the car is a black, silver, or grey. Other than those colors I don't like the contrasting colors on the body of the car ( unless its a lip or M CF roof). Like when members put that black trim on the fenders under the F or even worse the CF hoods. Just looks like unfinished body work to 98% of people ( including me). I hope Lexus will paint the hood of the carbon edition of the RCF. I doubt it though

I paint most of my carbon parts anyways so these covers are useless. You won't have to worry about the bare carbon hood of the RCF for our North America market, it's not available anyways.
Lol how do you explain people on this board switching to JDM led lights mirror covers? They will fit fine, it's the damn uninformed dealers that don't even own our cars. Our mirrors are the same as 06-08 isX50, 08+ they changed them for isX50 but ours stayed the same
anyone pulled the trigger on this one yet? was thinking about it but then the seller said that it was for RHD... don't know if RHD and LHD would make any difference on our mirror caps lol

in regards to MK4Sup, i don't know how others got the JDM LED side mirrors to work or if they are identical but if seller specifically puts a note in the description of the item , then i'll go with their word.

If you don't believe me then good luck. It is not the first time a seller stated incorrect information. It actually happens very often. Let's put it this way, a local well known installer to clublexus in SoCal had done many JDM "rhd" led covers with no modification needed (Tommy at Musicbox)
I just bought a set of LED covers and going to install mine next week
We are talking about two carbon covers right?
One is from JDM and the other is from Hong Kong brand
These guesss below are what I think
1. 06~08 is x50 side mirror's size and that of 07~14 isf side mirror's is slightly different
Maybe isf mirror cover is slightly sharper than 06~08 is x50 series.
So, JDM could fit ( not fit actually, little space remain I guess )
--> the years are example , maybe not correct
2. The seller of RHD isf spec only product said the curving is different between RHD and LHD
maybe the company make the cover like so tight fit in RHD isf.
3. So, as a result
JDM and Hong kong brand make same shape cover.
JDM make it for isx50 06~09 (?? Not sure )
Hong kong make it for isf
Although they make it for RHD spec, there migjt be little difference
in size , because one is for isf and the other is for isx50
I think Jdm could fit isf but hong kong brand maybe not easy to install

Not that I don't believe MK4, i'm sure it's possible some CF RHD covers that will fit out there. But this one noted on this thread , from ebay , appears to not fit.
I mean, sure I can go by MK4's word and purchase this. But what happens when they actually don't fit? i'm the one that's losing out $200 and seller won't refund because I don't have a RHD car lol.
So i'll stay on the safe side, until someone can confirm they've bought these from EBAY and made sure they fit.
or if someone can find the ones from japan or Asia that MK4 mentioned, which are the same as the OEM LED ones, that would be great.

And maybe replacing mirror unit & attaching mirror cover is different problem I think

In the photo, The F is gonna be the one that the covers I bought gonna be installed
