Default 20" wheel/tire fitment help

I'm going to try and spec out a set of Work Gnosis CV202s and wanting some expert guidance on width, offset and tire sizing.

http://www.workwheelsusa.com/product...=44&wheel=1009

-I'm going to lower it a little bit on KW3s front and rear

-I absolutely do not want any rubbing at full lock, compression all that jazz

-I absolutely will not roll fenders, pull out fenders or do any sort of adjustment to the stock body to make the setup fit

I do absolutely want the widest width and lip within the limits of my reqs above, particularly in the rear. I love that flush look. I prefer to run Michelin Pilot Sports.

I hear 20x9, 20x10.5 is about the limit. I don't know what tire size, though, as I know the MPSs run chubby (have them on my GT3).

Any ideas? I'd hate to place the order, wait 10 weeks only to find out they weren't sized right.

Thanks!

Why not call Work USA? And being lowered up front with 20"s you will rub on the liners no matter what turning full lock.

I am 25mm lowered on the front and I rub with 20 x 8.5 +38 going over dips in the road. Going up driveways also causes rub.

It'll be really difficult being on 20s and lowered to not rub. Even at stock height, there will be some rubbing on turns and dips. Is having 20s a must? I know it's a great look on the F, but without fender modification and eliminating other parts within the wheel well, it'll be hard to not rub even slightly.

Crazy your not rubbing since even stock wheels rub on the liners when turning full lock ect. I had 2 sets of 20s, both rubbed up front on the liners.

There's gotta be a way. My previous small car rides, E46 M3, 996 C4S, and now 997 GT3 have all run aftermarket wheels and not rubbed at full lock and under compression. All ran custom to them specs.

Without wheel + tire info, hard to nail it on the head. Based on my search here, looks like not many guys are running build-to-order wheels. I'm obviously leaning on Work/vendor as well to lever against their expertise. Thanks for the initial round of input.

I love that pic of your ride from the rear 3/4 view in the other thread. I bet it looks like a spaceship in person. White on black panda look - well done.

Ordered.

Work Gnosis CV202s, 20x8.5, 20x10 verified by Work, Michelin Pilot Super Sport 245s and 275s, gloss black lip, semi-gloss black centers, KW3s. If you need a trusty vendor based out of West Coast, lmk. They give me great deals on all types of cars be it Asian or Euro.

10-12 weeks build time out of jpn. Thanks!

You can still change your order. 20 x 10 rears is weak! Do 20 x 11 and you will not regret it. But you have you have to do 295 or 305's in the back.

So what tire size and offset do I need to make the 11s work? I know what you're saying because I'm used to running 12s in the flat6. According to work, they recommend 10s.

Details, please!

I only buy big brand name wheels. Too many uncertainties (risk averse). Thanks, though!
