So I bought a 2008 isf back in February of this year and recently it's been having a sort of "power surge" at random times I'll be driving and my nav unit will restart, lexus logo pops up, etc. also my gauge needles will flutter a little or the whole cluster will turn off then turn on again. Mind you, I have no loss of engine power when these weird surges happen. Tonight the headlights flickered also bit did not shut off. Car is not under factory lexus warranty as I got it used from an Audi dealership in long beach. Does anyone have an remote idea of what this might be? My buddy thinks it could be a bad ground or maybe even the connector pins on the ecu plug. Other than that, I'm clueless.

I don't ever recall reading anyone else that has had a similar issue...

mine did the same thing when my battery was ready to die. check there first.

Check the battery man. go to autozone and have them check it.
