What rates on the BC's did you go with? Figs recommends 14/10 for older ISFs but I went stiffer at 16/12 just recently myself. So far I have loved them but still need to fiddle with adjustments.

The headers and suspension were perchased from Figs Engineering, the rear sway from sikky and the replacement gaskets and sensors from Sewell Lexus so to answer your question all online. I think the only think I bought local was my K&N drop in filter from Canadian Tire.

I also went 16/12, from what I was reading in the forums I would have regret it otherwise.

Sure, I'd definitely go. I may have sold my ISF though... but I'll still come and park around the corner.

The transformation to the car with those mods is incredible. Not only is the power and handling/stance of the car improved, but I just love the sound the Borla/PPE combo creates. Congrats on the "new" car!

Looks nice. How come the Borla website for the catback exhaust and the PPE headers both say they're for off road use? Do they require the removal of the catalytic converter?

They require the relocation of new cats, not removal. You can remove if you please, you just require O2 conditioner.

So far I must say the headers but Thursday I'm having the car corner balanced and the alignment done. I will let you know how the car feels after this is completed.

Nice. I'm in Toronto too, so keep us posted. I want to get an IS-F at some point, and will need to know about the good shops in the area.

I love the car and it thrills me every time I drive it. I have not enjoyed a car so much since my Integra Type R. I've had a few BMW's one being an M Roadster, boring to the bone.... Like I said in the original post, Defcon Racing in Thornhill can take care of all of your modifications and regular maintenance. I have no issues at all with any of the products I used or the way they were installed, the car is a true gem.
