Default To those who have wrapped your roof.

Did you have the installers remove the shark fin in order to wrap your roof? I listen to xm radio all the time and would hate to have the sound quality diminish at all because i was messing with the shark fin. I was hoping it could be something that could be easily worked around, could anyone confirm this?

Also I'm planning on going with a matte black roof wrap on my SFP, does anybody have pics of the matte black on their IS, I seem to only be finding gloss black roofs. Thanks!

You'll have to remove the shark fin. Go through the rear seat interior light housing to disconnect the shark fin. I recommend against the matte black roof. I had it on my BMW and it really cheapened the look. I went to gloss black within 1 day.

Check out the picture below. Not an IS-F but you get the idea.

this man this, the black roofs can look good, but it doesn't make sense to have flat black with shiny white paint. unless you matte out the rest of the car, i too will think it will look whack

Get glossy black vinyl for the roof, it will flow better with the sunroof and rear window especially if it's tinted. Matte/flat black is trendy but that doesn't mean it can go with everything.
