2012 IS-F 48k
Hey guys. I've been looking into getting an ISF for a few months now and was curious your opinions on this car.
Seems like a pretty good price for a 2012 with just 8.3k right? Aside from the price this one is tempting to me since it is semi-local (ONLY 6 hours away!) The only obvious downside is I'm not too keen on the grey color.
It was listed at $49,995 earlier this week when I spoke to someone at the dealership. I asked how firm they are on the price and they acted like there was no way in hell they could go any lower. Now, just a few days later, it is $47,995.
I also attached the car fax history PDF. There isn't anything negative on there, but I really don't understand the ownership history and am hoping someone here might be able to translate.

Besides being registered to 2 different "owners" within a 4month period and it has not been in an any accident, that's an excellent deal. You won't be able to find a 2012 ISF under 10k miles for under $50k let alone $48k. Perhaps the custom TV's in the headrests bring down the value? If i were purchasing, I wouldn't want those and would ask for a discount. I don't think it's Lexus CPO, so maybe that brings the price down a little.
Unable to tell much from pictures and CarFax does not always report accidents, best advice is to see the car yourself. But if it is in pristine condition, I would take the deal.

hey OP, this seemed like a really great deal at first! but i looked it up on a dealer network i have access to. there are significant previous repairs on this vehicle (has a really low condition grade)....including 2 holes in the frame? not even sure what that is to be honest.

i'm in the market for one myself, so i've been looking at a lot of carfaxes...what alerted me to this was it showed they replaced the brakes and rotors, and had to have it aligned and tires balanced at 6k miles? seems like someone was joyriding or doing something wierd.
anyways, hope that helps, pretty sure it wouldn't be worth a 6 hour drive!
edit: btw, are the images above showing for anybody? i can't really figure out how to post an image, is it because i'm using an https link?
