Im bored at work and came across these surfing the web.. i have no clue what the designer had in mind.
also im really impressed by LEMS/ICODES development on their ISFs.
At fuji speedway a stock R35 GTR time : 156.5 , LFA : 155.34 . now i know conditions have a part in this as well as drivers etc. but ICODES doing great things with the F heres a list of their upgrades

Both the LFA and GTR are stock. The F is not. Its still suprising that it beat both at Fuji.
