Default Borla installed + new tires/alignment (photo heavy)

Hey everyone,

I recently purchased my Borla catback exhaust from Autoanything.com. I had it installed at a local shop. I also ordered some tips from ebay and had the shop test fit them on the borla exhaust to mimick the ISS Forged tips setup, but it wouldn’t fit properly due to the angle of Borla’s tips setup. I was pretty disappointed

The borla sounds great! She's my daily driver and the loudness is surprisingly low. It definitely opened up the v8 and sounds aggressive. It's very quiet and tame when cruising and with normal driving. Little to no drone at all, only around 1800-2200 rpm is when you'll hear a little bit but it's minimal. My girlfriend barely notices the increase in noise and she approves

Before Borla installed:

After Borla installed:

I also put on new Continental ExtremeContact DWS 245/35/19 front tires + alignment. I’ll be getting 275/30/19’s towards the end of the year or whenever my rears wear out (currently at 5/32).

Old tires:

Didn't you have muffler delete before? Did you weld your mufflers back on?

Don't think I'll get headers anytime soon, maybe in the future when I get another primary car

Yeah I had the muffler delete for 6 months or so. I had my stock mufflers put back on on New Years and really enjoyed the quietness of Lexus again...then it was too quiet lol. Hence, the borla

NIce mods. Wish the shop could have made those tips fit. I would want to see pictures of that.
