Question What Ipod or Zip Drive works with a 2012 ISF?

Hello everyone,

I have a 2012 ISF...don't really drive it much...but I want to listen to music when I do....I tried my ipod....no luck...I purchased a zip drive and put some mp3 music on it....and still no luck...it simply does now work.

What do you guys use?

I'm not sure about American models, but in Australia, the USB input accepts iPod/iPhone/iPod touch only. I've tried connecting a USB drive to it but it doesn't seem to recognize it. Aussie ISFs all have the ML audio system.

I've tried 2 ipods and 3 flash drives and they all worked fine. For the ipod make sure you have the latest firmware. I have a 2011 though so I don't know if that makes a difference

I mainly use BT audio with my iPhone 5. I stream Pandora, Sirius, Songza, etc. I tried to use my old Zip Drive but I couldn't find a parallel port in the center console

I use a 4th Gen ipod nano on my 2012 and works fine with no issues

x2 check your cable or update your firmware. If it still doesn't work, check your dealer. GL bro!

do you not have Bluetooth? My Galaxy 3 hooks up to the car as soon as I start it, I can even hear Nav directions through the speakers.

GROM's USB2 for Lexus allows for music playing off a USB drive. Here is my product review:
