Aggressive means the wheels are wider than the car's profile. A lower offset is typically more aggressive

Ah ok. The front fenders are aftermarket CF Grand Am fenders designed to fit 10" wheels.
You can see them sticking out better from the front view:

I cannot believe what I am reading and looking at.
This is exactly where I am at. My wife drives the ISF way more than me now.
