If you have beefier tires, they would ride better which was my experience when I had 275/30. Now that I am on 295/25, the ride is really close to stock.
Just ordered a set of Swifts after seeing this thread. I still would like to check out your car in person though!

Where did you order from, and how much? I'm probably going to order tonight or tomorrow.

I ordered mine from a local shop that I do a lot of business through. They're not a vendor here so I probably shouldn't mention their name here.

I plan on doing the fronts and rears.

Thanks vbb for making the thread that made me spend more money.

Stiffer than Stock - NO WAY !

Non of these aftermarket springs are stiffer than the OEM spring
If anything they are softer ...

regardless of being a Progressive rate spring its not holding the weight solid of the F like the OEM's - thats where that "bouncy-ness" come from during ride.

A to B to C comparison

Swift to Eibach then Swift to Stock spring

First pic is the Swift sping vs. Eibach Spring - same thickness
then Swift to Stock OEM spring

stocks are clearly Thicker in diameter.

Glad I could help.

I have heard bad things all over these boards about VIP AutoSalon, so actually I was hoping to find another place that stocks and sells them. Figs? Random eBay store. I guess I'll figure it out.

Nice set-up , Shadow. Perfect stance, wheels and tint.. How are the Eibachs for the OPs benefit? Do they ride stiffer? Any improvements?

Thanks. Ride is a little softer and not as stiff. Performance wise, feels the same or a bit better but didn't make it worse at all.

What spring rates are you going to go with up front? 12k, 14k, or 16k?

Agree. It corners better. Eibach in front and Fsport sway bar in the rear. The car is perfectly balanced when driven hard. With eibachs in front, absolutely no problems with alignment, with drop only .7 inch, the shock life will not get as affected vs 1 inch drop of Swiffts.
