Will e92 m3 tires fit our cars?
my friend is giving me his m3 rubber. specs are 245/35/19 and 275/35/19 Michelin pss. my question is Will the rears rub due to ours being a 30 while his is a 35?

I wouldn't do this. The load ratings for the fronts are lower than the stock 225/40 (91Y vs 93Y) I know that lots of folks who go to 20" wheels go with a lower loading rating than a stock tire, but not something I would do. In addition the fronts are 1/2" less in OD than the stock tire. the rears have the opposite issue. The 275/35s are .6" taller than the stockers. So, you'll be putting over a one inch rake into a car not designed for it. I really don't know the repercussions of this action, but I would assume the handling would suffer (nose dive and plowing) and the electronics would be thrown off.
