A friend is looking to buy this car from a small dealer in VA.

We ran the CARFAX and shows two owners both in CA. I thought I saw this car on here before....

Custom painted 20" wheels and looks like he blacked out the rear tails. Any history on this would be appreciated!

Did he see the car in person? I inquired about it when looking for an F and the guy seemed very odd over the phone. He would t accept a deposit to hold the car until I could come down. He insisted I send the full amount and doesn't take "walk ins" to view vehicles. I assumed it was a scam and moved on.

No my friend and I are in CA so we have not seen the car, only the pictures, we ran the CARFAX and last known owner was in Arizona. Looks like it started out in GA, then moved to CA. I could post the CARFAX here if needed.

He was looking for a clean title no story car. You were local and never drove over to see it?

I called and the guy gave me the BS that the car was being sold & if i wanted it to send him 500.00 so he can hold it. (cashier's check or Money Order). I wouldn't waste my time. This was about 4 months ago. He keeps on re-listing it...

30k and it has only 40000 miles. And it also says heated and cooled seats...lol wonder how much the cooling seat upgrade cost...lol

well the IS250 08 model i used to own before the F had heated and cool feature for the seats. However the F does not. They only have heated.

thanks guys!~ We are like 2000+ miles away so can't drive over there to see it.

Has anyone ever paid this dealership a visit? The price is pretty good (slightly below) value so very odd it has not sold if it was a legit car.

I am about 4-5 hours away so I never wasted my time making the drive. Yes the price seems to good to be true. I also factored in replacing tail lights and also not to fond of the wheels. I felt associated costs and the odd behavior was indication to pass.
