I agree that the real gains are simply from removing the restrictive cats.

You may want to dig up threads by user Lou (lowrider). He's got headers and a cat-back exhaust but with custom high-flow cats and maybe something custom near the muffler side. He's tried a few things and is easily one of the most knowledgeable here (in general).

WOW 380whp on a stock ISF?

Doesn't that sound way too high?

^^^^Also, it's a Dynomet Dyno. IMHO, the gold standard Dynamometers is the DynoJet. The one you used. Other Dynos that I have seen, seem to read optimistically high. Again, IMHO, the two measurements can not be compared.

BTW, I never did hear from you about whether you could send me an email with you graphs attached so that I can post them here for you. Let me know.

Lou

I received KOKISF graphs this morning and ported them to my Mac. I'll be the first to say I really don't understand them. I don't know what that scale is at the bottom? They show no torque curve and they appear to start up high in the rpm range. The second one has a funny blip in it. Anyway here they are. Thanks KOKISF.

It's suppose to be SAE and smoothing set to 5. STD settings will always yield more power.

as for what i understand cero smothing is the accurate and atual curve it does not raise the power w the smoothing ste to 5 the power bumped up a bit the dyno was giving false torque reading dont know why it read 849 wt wich is not accurate , dont know what tha hell the blimp was no knockin or afr change was present , remember all i was looking is for tghe gain and it was 30whp so im a happy camper

Anyone could provide me with a sound levels feedback on PPE/Sikky headers with Stock exhaust.
How much louder is this setup inside of the car?
I returned my Borla Catback system after three days because it was too loud for me.
Is this setup for me?
Anyone in SoCal with this setup?

Fast forward to 7:21 in this video for a PPE headers and stock exhaust setup. You can get an idea of how it sounds compared to other setups. Can't really speak for the inside sound level but I heard it's only slightly louder than stock.

Have you read the #8 of this thread yet? Maybe the OP explains well enough for you.
