The seller does not make it too clear.

No it was $336 shipped each headlight. However looks like they were already snagged up

Lightbulb FYI for All...

Congrats Lance..!!!

When i installed my lights i wanted to check where the main issue was before i started to make my cuts and not mess the brackets up. Then i realized i didn't have to cut anything. if you see my post below you will see the brackets were not even touched, although i was only able to mount 2 screws.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...tion-help.html

This is the same issue others run with the 2012 LED tails. some say you have to cut/bend tabs, while i didn't modify/cut tabs on the lamps when i had my 08 is250. Now with the IS-F i installed the rear lights once again without braking any tabs or any type of modification.

Honestly, it all depends what year the lights are and what bracket the bumper is designed for... (or came from)

Quick Example..
When I got my lights, they came off a 2011 IS350... The brackets that came with my lights fit onto the light perfectly...
But I can tell the cliping layout for the IS-F bumper would not be ideal..

Therefore I decided to dremel/modify MY08 brackets to fit over the LED dome cap, which still only allowed two screws to work... But the bumper clips in correctly..

Only other solution would be to goto the dealer and buy 2011+ IS-F LH & RH bumper light brackets, which need ZERO modifying and allow ALL 3 screws to fasten underneath correctly.. Since they are properly designed for this bumper & Led housing..

As for the trunk, the only people who will have to modify for a flush fitment of the 2009+ taillights, are 06/07 cars. Everyone else will not need to do anything for the taillights.
Funny that i had mentioned on the below thread that i didn't modify on the 08 and everyone disagreed. so now it came to the conclusion that the tails are only modified to fit on the 06/07. (now understand)

though i do mentioned is was 06/08 but mines was 08.

As for the Is-f Headlight brackets. Anyone that is looking to install them before modifying the bracket pm me and i will guide you through...

Hey JoeZ,

My lights are 2012 with the eyelid (version), if you check my post regarding the fitment. i did not have any issues or gaps and it mounted up without an issue.

The LED headlights are one if my favorite upgrades (yet to have been done)
However, my only gripe is the flashing AFS light on the dash!

Any solutions for that that do not involve tape?

Remove fuse from under drivers side of dash, problem solved.

I thought pulling the fuse takes out the autoleveling function?

So are you saying you easily transferred your 2008 brackets onto the 2012 Headlights???

And there was no conflict with the bottom dome cap not clearing the brackets ??

Just trying to get clarification on your actual experience...

Thanks,

Joe Z

True, best thing i'd do is use blk electrical tape and block the light from the cluster.

This is true however the only noninvasive way without tape. I've had mine out for over a year. Just a option I went with. Hope this helps

It is very possible that a new dome cap "lower" was re-designed on the updated 2012 version...

Would have loved to see close up pics of the 2008 IS-F bracket and newer dome cap installed on the 2012 housing...

When I get my cluster apart (and I will soon).. The black tape will go deep behind the black face of the cluster and block the flashing LED...

Then I can put my Fuse back in...
