Here you go:
1. Start car, keep holding the brake pedal down.
2. Tap on the parking brake 2 times, continue to depress it on the second tap (the brake icon on the dash should flash each time, you don't actually have to engage the brake).
3. Pump the brake pedal 2 times, continue to depress it on the second pump.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you see the traction control light turn on.
So basically brake pump, brake pump and hold, parking brake tap, parking brake tap and hold, and so on.
The pedal dance turns off the "nannies" on the car until you shut it off. Holding down the traction control button will only disable the traction control but you will retain the eLSD. I believe it was posted somewhere here not too long ago.

and why would someone want to turn of the e-LSD?
Does the e-LSD hold you back in anyway?

Others can chime in, but I can't think of any performance related reason to do the pedal dance. You can just hold down the button to turn off both traction and stability control. Keeping the ELSD engaged is a good thing IMO.
