If we cant get around the space requirements, im thinking were going to use bigger diameter piping. We may not need to since we have the motor out of the car, but im really not too sure how well the process is going to go. Stock engine seemed a little hurt and the engine builder is 99% sure that the headers are to blame.

By a little hurt you mean what? If so than all of us are damaging our engines by putting on headers.

Just a little but down on power when on nitrous. Nothing I could say with actual fact, just my butt dyno readings. The headers should be find for the all motor guys.

Ahh that's good to hear. You scared me for a second man. But the all NA build your going with is going to be amazing. I can't wait to hear what this thing sounds like. It's going to be so crazy. Good luck man.

So no header > PPE,sikky, etc...
(assuming we'd like to run juiced)

Ya I think stock header with no cats is the way to go for nitrous at this point. I still wouldn't go over a 200 shot though. Just to put it out there... My car ran perfectly on a 175shot (for the street) for a real long time with stock headers. Problems only started when spraying with the sikky set.

Motor is still out of state waiting for the sleeves to get in. Darton had to make the sleeves from scratch as they didnt have any stocked.Once Darton sends the sleeves and they are installed, motor will be back in Florida waiting for the other parts. Right now its still a waiting game as parts from CP and Carillo haven't been finished yet.

Default Updates?

Given the amount of time between posts, I am curious how your build is going?

Best,
C.H.

Almost forgot I even had this thread lol. Been focusing on my FRS way to much and really should finish this car

As of now:
Motor has been done for a while
Rims and Tires have been sitting in my storage
Nitrous setup is done, just not tested and tuned
Most of the exhaust is done and for what I want, I probably wont need to make a set of headers
Most of the suspension parts are in my storage also.

Ive pretty much got everything I need, just haven't payed enough attention to my ISF and put it on. If I take the car to SOWO instead of the FRS ill make a video with all the info that should be pretty cool.

Man I am super eager to hear the specs on the motor build and what the numbers look like. Let me know when you get everything all setup.
