Default Water getting inside the doors?

Just a couple things that have concerned me in regards to the windows/doors...

When I first got the car in November, I noticed after I washed and dried it that if I put the windows down, when they would come back up they would be completely wet again. I've never had this happen on my other cars. Have any of you experienced this? Is water getting inside the door??

The other issue, which probably concerns me more, is that all 4 of my windows are frozen shut right now. We've had some pretty cold weather recently (<20 degrees) and snow, but the temps have risen and it's been very sunny the past couple of days and they are still frozen. What I really don't like is that there is no visible ice anywhere on any of the windows or doors. So that leads me to believe it's on the inside. I've also never experienced windows being frozen shut, and my girlfriend's car which is always parked right next to mine, does not have this issue. And it's a $15K Honda Civic. Really not too happy right now.

Any help with these issues is appreciated.

That's odd, I'm in NY and temps have dipped below 0 fahrenheit, and my windows haven't been frozen shut... are you under factory warranty

Not sure about the freezing part, but it's pretty common for me when I wash any of my cars to have the wet window issue. If I dry it and let it sit in the sun for an hour or so and then roll a window down it will come back up with water drops.

The plastic scraper that contacts the window on the outside retains water after you wash the car. If you take a towel and lift the lip to dry the inside of it, you won't see any water on the window if you roll it down and roll it up again immediately after a wash.

What you are seeing is normal. No idea about the freezing window thing though. It never gets that cold in my garage.
