Default 2012 LED Lexus Headlights Taken Apart L@@K!

Hello Guys,

I recently bought these head lights from the below links. Great Seller & Fast shipping. I decided to remove the plastic on the damage lens as it has major super glue , lucky for me i found a donor headlight 2012 led as well, with a clear plastic which i will be removing once it arrives.

I am not sure if someone ever posted this, but here how it looks taken apart.. This is a two piece housing inside. Check out the LED (swoosh) It looks like it can be molded to the bumper just like the 2014 IS lol.. (no i am not gonna do that). anywho just wanted to share how the LED's are mounted and displayed.

Comments are welcomed. i will post more pictures during my progress.

Thanks for the pics! You got a good deal there, and it's always fun to do DIY repairs. It makes you feel like you accomplished something, and even better if it turns out better than expected! Also, I agree that the reflectors should be painted black.

Now if you could change the LED colors on the swoosh, that would be something cool.
