Hey ERDoc, I'm trying out the Harry's Lap timer at Inde Motorsports Ranch next month. Any tips? Seems simple enough. Just enter data, set the track , mount , and record. AND it even starts recording automatically when you pass the start line. Im going to use my GoPro as well but I love the fact that it can give you the speed through the corners , straights, and even show G meter read out on the screen .

I would strongly recommend this app to ANYONE on the track. Its $19.99 or $27.99 for the enthusiast version. Amazing that you can get this kind of data and video overlayed with an iphone. The site even says even an ancient iphone 3GS will run the program
