One good thing to ask? Does he have fmic or tmic , tmic is very explosive but after afew pulls the car get slower due to heat soak not the same on fmic! Tmic cars the most ive seen is 500 to 530 whp and thats very rare!!! They usually pull 400 whp 450 they usually have stock location turbo for kond of stock appearance but theyre not!!! Rotated set ups usually run fmic and they can generate lots of power and in this case is usual ti see theis cars with 500 pluss whp which will beat up any NOS isf!!! Remember this car with weight reduction wich is no hard to do and theres plenty of weight to reduce!! Are on the 3100 lbs w driver (200 lbs ) is all about power to weight ratio and sadly in this case subaru has the advantage , in stock mode or les than 450 whp the subaru is going to be spanked badly!!! So do your homework and decide also simce he is upgrading clutch ask him wich he is putting in and what tranny does he has w that info i can let you know his power!!!
Wrx were sold im 2001 but the car year was 2002 but before the wrs was the impreza rs also all wheel drive 2 doors and it can be retrofitted with everything from a sti and they weight like 800 lbs less
