There will be no crazy driving, at least from the southern caravan. Unfortunately the drive up from Virginia Beach to Delaware is actually kind of boring. Straight up the Eastern Shore for most of the ride, and yes, there are a lot of speed traps along the way.

Caravan from the north: (Sunoco @ Walt Whitman Rest Area) Take Walt Whitman rest area exit and proceed until you see Sunoco. I will make sure everyone parks near the highway so we are visible.

I have one spare FRS radio (they usually come in pairs anyway) and just put in fresh batteries. I'll also bring my camera gear to snap pictures of the event!

Unfortunately Delaware requires everyone to pay to get in or out. I know coming from jersey is expensive as is i95n from baltimore. If you can avoid I95N into DE and I 295 over the DE MEM bridge you should be ok.
As far as seeing yall on the road, anyone traveling from up north will be driving literally by my house as it sits off of rt1 just short of the canal bridge (just look rigth and wave once you begin to go up it)
sorry I wont be attending as it is my daghters bday party and besides I have a SC, lol
