I found out the cause. The suspension makes the exhaust rattle. Yup, my sound came back and after a thorough examination, my borla exhaust was hitting a hanger. Now, after moving the exhaust around, my rattle is completely gone.
Hey never thought of that! It would be great if it was that simple. I'll take a look this weekend and see if that cures it.
I had this problem with my old Stance coilovers, it was because the top nut was not screwed down tightly so thats why I always go this annoying clunking. Check and make sure they are snug!
So it appears that the top nut was indeed not as tight as it should be. Once I got it tightened up, the noise went away. The Borla exhaust was still on there as tight as the day I put it on; wasn't the culprit in my case, Thanks for the great advice all.
