No idea. I've not seen one in person and it actually fitting is only a rumor. The filter sites don't show the LS on the same list as the IS and GS.

FWIW, the Purolator C35667 filter looks identical to the OEM filter - not the YZZ04, but the one in the car from Japan. This filter fits a lot of Lexus and Toyota vehicles:
