Toyota WS and only WS fluid! Its a way too expensive transmission to play with multi-fluids or ATF converter additives.

The "best" or the "only" ??

Stick with OEM...!! just as Digger stated...

That's really bad news. Who told you to do something so foolish?

Toyota WS has no equivalent, so you only have one choice if you want OEM performance and reliability. You also have to follow a very strict filling and level adjustment procedure. Best of luck with that.

Lifetime fluid? surely the transmission fluid isn't expected to last for the life of the car, especially not if it's tracked hard? I'm new to the ISF and the forums but that just doesn't sound right to me.

There's no recommended service interval for the transmission fluid. The only transmission maintenance is to check for leaks and fix the leak/refill as necessary. If other work is done, replace only the lost fluid. This is what Lexus says.

I tested my ATF and posted the results after a member had his gearbox crap out. Despite a number of track weekends and over 70k miles on the odometer, the gearbox oil is fine.

3 words people "LEAVE IT ALONE"!!!!
If Lexus doesn't advise to change it, then LEAVE IT ALONE!
If i were Lexus I tell you guys to change it every 10,000 miles so I can make more money.
