Default Lower load rating on snow tires

I'm planning on ordering some 19" snow tires, and the front size has a load rating of 91 vs the recommended OEM 93. Do you think I would be ok with the decrease in size?
I was told by a reputable tire/suspension place that the difference is negligible and it can be offset by a slight bump in PSI (~2/3lbs per tire)

I love the Vredestein winter tires so i'm thinking of going for it.

I have heard that when it comes to snow tires to always get blizzaks and i think you will be fine at 91.
