Added Borla Exhaust, BC Coilovers to My ISF :]
Just picked up my second ISF about a month ago. I had a USB ISF about 2 years ago and traded it in my an E93 ///M3 but the power from the M3 just wasnt there so now I find myself in another ISF, which I plan to keep for a very long time . Anyhow, here's a pic of my ISF after I had my BC Coilovers installed. The car currently has the BC Coilovers, Borla catback exhaust, JoeZ intake, F sport rear sway bar, and IS300 shift ****
A quick review of the Borla: I love the sound. It gives the car an awesome growl both inside the cabin and listening to it from the outside. It does drone at around 2k rpm but it is definitely not something that is overwhelming. The power can definitely be felt as well. I picked it up "used" from Amazon for $780 shipped next day (Amazon prime). When it showed up it looked brand new. I almost purchased a JoeZ exhaust for $1400 used, I'm sure I would have been happy with the sound of the JoeZ but I just couldn't pass up the deal on the Borla.
A quick review of the BC Coilovers: The coilovers give what I consider the perfect stance for the F. I am at about no finger gap front and rear. The car now handles bumps and imperfections on the road much better. It is slightly more comfortable that stock at its current comfort setting (stock from BC). I have yet to take any spirited drives since the coilover install but so far I am very happy with the way it rides. I do however scrap quite a bit more now.

The quietest exhaust for the car would be a custom exhaust utilizing the OEM mufflers as lowrideraz has done.
Next on the list would either be the Borla or the ISS Forged DES though I've never heard that one in person. Also from first hand experience I can say the Borla is certainly easier on the ears when combined with Headers. I made the switch from the JoeZ exhaust and couldn't be happier, but if you never plan on going the header route the JoeZ is perfectly fine.
