Its not the brand of spacers that matter its the properties within the spacer such as is it hubcentric? Is it torqued down properly? Is your wheel torqued down to the spacer properly? Spacers are just extended hubs or extended backing plate to wheels IF you properly torque it down. If you buy an H&R spacer and it is not hubcentric then its like any other spacer on the market. Spacers are safe if you do it right. That is if you get the ones that bolt on (obviously a 5mm or a 7mm spacer will not be hubcentric since they are too thin) not the ones that are put on your current wheel studs to push them out.

I always recommend a spacer that bolts on rather than spacers that come with extended studs. Extended studs are weaker due to the longer leverage of the stud under extreme cornering.

A 10mm or a 15mm sometimes will not clear your wheels backing plate, for us it shouldnt be a problem since we run high offset wheels with big backing plates to clear our large wheels front/rear.

I have ran spacers in multiple cars and I personally love them, they extend the track of your car for more stability and if done correctly, also gives your car a more aggressive look. I have never had issues with them only because I've made sure they are bolted correctly. Do the same with your car and you will not have issues.

One minor concern is that they will wear out your wheel bearings quicker and with this heavy of a car, it may or may not become an issue in the long run.
