Thanks for all the kind words, guys. They are much appreciated. We all know these cars are a labor of love.
Guys, I spent a lot of time and exchanged hundreds of emails with the DPE folks. I met with them three times to take measurements and test fit the wheels. I'm also a big Michelin tire fan and could not wait to get my hands on the Pilot Super Sports. Initially, I wanted 10-inch wide wheels in front and 11s in the rear. We didn't think the 10s were possible with the tires I wanted to use and my preferred ride height. Even so, with the 9.5s and 11s in combination with the Michelin PSSs, I almost bit off more than I could chew. The PSSs possess the big, meaty tire look I believe the IS-F deserves and enhances the car's sporting look and character, IMO.
My frame of reference for the PSSs was the PS2s on my black Supra. I did not realize the PSSs were so broad-shouldered compared to the PS2s and had more aggressive rim protectors to boot. I played with the alignment and tinkered with the ride height. After we got everything just right, I firmed up the alignment and had the car corner balanced. With another set of tires, the small adjustments we made may not have been necessary. I do very much like having a 305 tire out back that looks more like a 315 in person.
Gymkata, no problem at all sharing my offsets. In my haste to cross post this on Supraforums and CL, the offsets skipped my mind. The front wheels have an offset of +49 and the rears have an offset of +61. I've made no changes to the front fenders, but I had my body shop conservatively trim the rear quarters which gave me another 3.5 mm of clearance, IIRC. If a guy is going with an aggressive set-up and wants these tires, he needs to be mindful of their actual sizes and the fact the rim protectors alone demand another 3-4 mm of clearance.

Nice! I plan on getting the Greddy Ti exhaust also and was planning on pairing it with the PPE headers, but share your concern. If only it had a bypass like the Novell to quiet it. If/when you decide to install let us know what you think of the sound.

Great looking car! You're right about taking into account the actual width of the tire too. I am going to get my rear fenders rolled because the rim protector edge of my Potenza RE050As cause the tire to be a little wider than the stated size, and I get some rub in the rear going in and out of my driveway.
I'd also be interested in the sound of the Greddy exhaust (without the headers) too. I'm passively shopping around for an exhaust myself and have not heard the Greddy yet. So far I like the Joe Z the best.

Nicely done Ken, nicley done... But you already know my thoughts.
Finally got my wheels mounted up yesterday with the new bridgestones, since as we discussed the PSS wouldn't fit. Hopefully, I will be able to post pics soon.
One question - do you get any rub in the front on the fender lines when backing up with the wheels cut all the way to the right or left?

I do get a very slight rub when backing up with the wheels cut all the way to the right. My driveway is on an incline and not entirely level, which may be a factor as well. The rubbing is so slight, I have been unable to tell where the rubber is contacting the plastic even though I have been underneath with a light looking for evidence.
My wife is on vacation for the next couple of weeks so I will be driving the car over my "favorite" obstacle courses for the first time with both of us in the car. I'll report back as to how things go when we get back in town. Thanks for the kind words.
