I'm actually out of town on August 18th, so I won't be able to meet you guys on the pier. The pier usually gets quite crowded in the summer time and unless you get there early, parking together could be difficult. If you are able to get to SB by 10:30-11:00 am, you could probably all park together on the pier, but by noon, that thing is usually packed.

The pier is a great place to meet though... It has lots of food and wine tasting and is a quick walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping on State Street. It's also an awesome place for a photoshoot!

As far as I know, there aren't any F CL members in Santa Barbara. In fact, I think I'm the only active CL member with a modded IS in Santa Barbara. I would love to meet up with you guys, but unfortunately I'm not available that weekend.

This weekend is "Fiesta" in Santa Barbara!! Pretty much, it's Santa Barbara's equivalent of Mardi Gras. Fiesta in SB is quite the sight to see if you've never experienced it.

Even at 10:30 I highly doubt there will be any way to have all our cars together on pier. If we were parking north or south of the pier at the regular beach parking then yes it is possible. How about this option... Saturday we all cruise up and park together at the beach south of the pier, BBQ, do whatev, check into hotels, bar hop, party, sleep, then early Sunday morning we all meet on the pier. This will give us another photo op spot and give us a place to meet before the drive home...????
