My 2013 is an Ultra White/Black, July build. VIN 11283. Pretty close to the end of the '13 production run it appears.

That's right..!! The MY turnover for the IS F platform was July / August..
Cars that went into production after the July 20th cut off, became August builds slated as a 2014
Same for all the prior years..
