10/4, I'm guilty of an attack and agree with the OP. I also like the Idea of not telling new members to use search. People are more than happy to discuss our cars when in person but when it's online we almost wait for the opportunity to tell others to use the search function..I'm on board.

I'm a newbie and am totally on-board with the sense of community that we're trying to maintain. Common interests should make this easy!

Totally agree. Unfortunately I have experienced the same degradation in forum post quality in other forums once a vehicle has been on the market for awhile and the price drops significantly in the resale. The forums often get less mature audiences. Let's hope this forum can keep its head up!
