I would have that guy's ***!!!! Call corporate and file a legal complaint. I would sue for damages, legal fees, and punitive damages pertaining to lost resale value. Have the manager contacted and informed he's being sued. That might get him back quickly.

Hey man. This is just sad. How unprofessional for a Lexus dealership or any dealership for that matter. That's just horrible how they would treat a car like that and just give it back to you like nothing happened and you wouldn't notice any damage. I wish Cobb had a tuner like my STI so you could put it on valet mode and car won't go higher then a certain MPH or RPM. Hopefully when you do finally get this all straitened out you don't have such a long wait to get it back the way it was. Can't trust anybody nowadays I swear.

WTF???? you gotta jump over the manager's head, because I am sure this isn't one of those freak of the moment things they took that ish for a joy ride... and if it is anything like the 460 then those connectors for the fender and bumper are a pain once messed with. you need all new stuff not fixed, file a claim either insurance or corporate so that they handle you right....
